Topic: Jack D. will give a presentation on Seated Dollars. Seated Dollars featured an allegorical representation of Liberty, seated, with a shield and other design elements on the obverse. They were minted during 1836-1873. The design was also used on all other silver coins at the time (dimes, twenty-cents, quarters, and half dollars).
